• In-Person Reiki offers a quiet, nurturing space to slow down, reconnect, and receive supportive energy in a more personal setting. Each session is guided by your individual needs and may include light touch or hands held just above the body, depending on your comfort and preference.
• Reiki is offered with the intention of supporting relaxation, balance, emotional ease, and a deeper connection with yourself. Sessions are gentle, unhurried, and designed to create space for rest, reflection, and renewal.
• Sessions are approximately 45–60 minutes and are available in the studio or, when arranged in advance, in your home. Local travel fees may apply.
