Ascension Alchemy values the time and energy devoted to each client and thoughtfully reserves appointment times specifically for you.
Reiki Sessions
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled or refunded to the original payment method.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are nonrefundable. When appropriate, Ascension Alchemy may choose to offer a one-time rescheduling option for circumstances outside a client’s reasonable control.
Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment and do not provide notice will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are nonrefundable.
Late Arrivals
If a client arrives late for an in-person session or joins a virtual session late, the session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee will still apply.
Distance Reiki
The same cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to scheduled Distance Reiki sessions.
Animal and Equine-Partnered Reiki
Animal and equine-partnered sessions may occasionally need to be adjusted because of animal welfare, weather, environmental conditions, or other circumstances affecting the safety or comfort of the people or animals involved.
If Ascension Alchemy determines that a session should be postponed or canceled for these reasons, the client will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund for the affected session.
Packages
Reiki packages are intended for the purchaser and are subject to the cancellation policy for each scheduled appointment.
Refund requests for unused portions of a package will be reviewed based on the circumstances and any services already provided. Any refund issued will account for sessions already used.
Products
Physical products are final sale and are governed by the Ascension Alchemy Product Returns & Shipping Policy. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or unshipped orders will be handled as described in that policy.
Cancellations by Ascension Alchemy
If Ascension Alchemy must cancel an appointment, the client may choose to reschedule the session or receive a refund for the canceled appointment.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
