Services
Ascension Alchemy offers complementary wellness services, including Reiki and related offerings for people and animals.

Participation in any service is voluntary.
Registered Nurse Credential
Ascension Alchemy is owned and operated by a licensed Registered Nurse and Reiki Master Teacher.
The Registered Nurse credential reflects professional background and training. Nursing services are not provided through Ascension Alchemy Reiki sessions or related complementary wellness services, and participation in these services does not establish a nurse-patient relationship.
Booking and Payment
Payment may be required at the time of booking or purchase.
Prices, package details, service descriptions, and available payment methods are displayed on the website and may be updated from time to time.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact, scheduling, and payment information.
A booking is not considered confirmed until the required booking and payment steps have been completed and confirmation has been issued.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows, package refunds, and other refund matters are governed by the Ascension Alchemy Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Packages
Package terms, included services, pricing, and any limitations will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Packages are intended for the original purchaser unless otherwise expressly stated.
Appointments booked using a package remain subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Gift Purchases
If Ascension Alchemy offers gift sessions, gift certificates, or similar purchases, specific terms applicable to those offerings will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Gift purchases may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Animal and Equine-Partnered Services
Clients participating in animal or equine-partnered services are responsible for providing accurate information concerning the animal and for following reasonable safety instructions.
Ascension Alchemy may postpone, modify, or discontinue a session when weather, animal behavior, environmental conditions, health considerations, or other circumstances make proceeding inappropriate or unsafe.
Animal Reiki and equine-partnered services are complementary wellness offerings and are not substitutes for veterinary care.
Products
Physical products offered through the Ascension Alchemy shop may be subject to additional product-specific terms, including shipping, return, exchange, and care information.
Product appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to handmade materials, fabric placement, display settings, or other normal variations when applicable.
Reiki Classes and Educational Offerings
Any Reiki classes, workshops, retreats, or educational offerings will be governed by the description, pricing, scheduling, cancellation terms, and participation requirements provided for that particular offering.
Completion of a class or educational program does not guarantee employment, income, professional licensure, or any particular personal or professional result.
